A GOAL four minutes into added time at the end of the game denied Colwyn Bay maximum points in a 1-1 draw at Shepshed Dynamo.
In a scrappy game spoilt by a strong wind, Colwyn Bay lost John Lawless through injury after only 14 minutes and then Anthony Wright missed two good chances to put the Seagulls in front at half-time.
With Jamie Speare virtually untroubled in the Colwyn Bay goal, Neil Black had two headers well saved by the home keeper before Colwyn Bay finally took the lead 15 minutes from the end with Robbie Williams volleying home from the edge of the area from a cross by substitute Lee Spike.
That looked like winning the game, but in the 94th minute Rhys Powell forced home the equaliser in a goalmouth scramble.
LLANDUDNO won 2-1 win at Glantraeth with two goals from Lee Thomas, and that was an important win in the race for second place in the Cymru Alliance on a day when Holyhead Hotpsur could only draw and Flint had their game postponed. Bala, however, won 2-1 and are seven points behind Llandudno with four games in hand.
Conwy United had their seven-match unbeaten run in the Welsh Alliance ended with a 3-2 defeat at Llanberis. They stay third while Bethesda have gone back to the top with a 3-1 win at Nefyn.
Llanrwst United lost 2-1 at home to Pwllheli and Llandudno Junction were beaten 3-1 at Nantlle Vale.
TWO goals by Peter Roberts and one from Steve Roberts helped Penmaenmawr Phoenix win 3-2 at Rhuddlan Town to extend their unbeaten record in the Clwyd League Premier Division to 14 games. They are now 12 points behind leaders Prestatyn Reserves with five games in hand.
A hat-trick from Rob Knowles helped Mochdre Sports beat Llansannan 3-0, while Llandudno Reserves and Llandudno Junction Reserves are first and second in Division Two after beating beat Aston Park 3rds 2-1 and Shotton Steel 5-2 respectively.
Rhos United beat Penrhyn United 3-0 and Glan Conwy Reserves progressed in the REM Jones Cup with a 6-2 win over Sychdyn after extra time, helped by a hat-trick from Aled Stapleton.
